Näin käytät sormusmittaa:

Pujota sormusmitan toinen pää toisen pään lenkistä sisään ja vedä.
Aseta sormusmitta sormeesi ja kiristä se niin, että se on tiukka, mutta mukava.
Säädä sormusmitta niin, että saat sen juuri ja juuri nivelten yli pois sormestasi. Muista, että sormuksen tulisi mennä nivelen yli.

Miten säädettävä sormus toimii?

The ring should be tight, but still loose enough to be easily removed. We use a rounded inner diameter for rings. If you have a suitable ring, you can easily measure the inside diameter with a ruler.
