Exchanges and returns

We check all products before dispatch to ensure that you always receive the correct and faultless product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your order or if it is faulty, you have a 14-day right of return (the right of return does not apply to hygiene products such as earrings and piercings KSL6:16§3&4). The products must be unused and in good saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product if the product is returned in a condition other than the original condition. These return conditions apply only to orders placed in the online shop! In other cases, please contact us customer service

Returns are free of charge as long as you have returned according to the instructions provided. One return per order is free of charge.

If the order in your shopping cart value is 0€ (zero euros) before delivery costs, the customer cannot take advantage of the free return right offered by Ninja, but the customer is responsible for the return costs according to the return method used.

How do I make a return?

Once we have received your return notification, we will process it and send you an email with instructions on how to make a return. Returns are free of charge when made in accordance with the instructions. You can also make a refund directly to our shop.

Delivery of the return to our office usually takes 1-2 or 5-10 working days, depending on the return method. Once we receive your return, we will process it and refund the money to the payment method you used. 

NOTE! Additional shipping charges will not be refunded upon return. If any discounts or promotional conditions in the order are not met after the return, the difference will be charged upon return.For example, if the original order has exceeded the free delivery limit, but after the return the order value is below the limit, the delivery charges will be charged according to the delivery method chosen, in accordance with the price list in force at the time.) Otherwise, returned shipments may be charged the actual shipping cost. The reshipment will be invoiced at the shipping cost according to the current price list. One return per order is free of charge, after which the cost of the return will be charged in accordance with the price list in force.

MAKE A RETURN

Uncollected shipment

An uncollected shipment is not counted as a return under the KSL. The actual delivery and return costs will be charged for the uncollected shipment in accordance with the current price list. For orders collected from our stores, a delivery charge of 3,90€ will be charged if the order is not collected. 

Product advertisements

Ninja is responsible for ensuring that each shipment is carefully checked before it is sent to the customer. If, despite this, there is a defect in the product or if the product is incorrect, the defect must be reported immediately to Ninja. customer service. If you wish to cancel the transaction, payment will be refunded within 30 days after Ninja has received the defective product.

Consumer Protection

Ninja complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the guidelines and recommendations of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in all its activities. Some of our products are hygiene products (e.g. piercing earrings, piercing earrings), which do not have the right of withdrawal if the seal on the product packages has been opened (KSL 6§ 16).
