Titaania käytetään lävistyskoruissa, koska se on hypoallergeeninen, vedenkestävä ja nikkelivapaa materiaali. Se sopii erityisen hyvin herkälle iholle ja on oikea materiaali ensikoruksi uuteen lävistykseen.

Labretissa on suora varsi, toisessa päässä litteä levy ja toisessa irrotettava tai painettava koriste. Labreteja käytetään erityisesti monissa korvan rustolävistyksissä ja huulilävistyksissä.

Sisäkierteisessä korussa lävistyksen läpi kulkeva varsi on ulkopinnaltaan sileä ja kierre sijaitsee varren sisällä. Ulkokierteisessä korussa kierre on varren ulkopinnalla.

Helix-lävistyksessä käytetään usein 1,2 mm paksuisia koruja. Sopivia korutyyppejä ovat anatomian ja lävistyksen mukaan esimerkiksi labretit ja renkaat.

Tragus-lävistyksessä yleinen paksuus on 1,2 mm. Labret on tavallinen valinta, mutta myös sopivan kokoinen rengas voi sopia parantuneeseen lävistykseen.
