Today we have been informed that the root cause of the problem is the changeover of the Helsinki Postal Centre to 100% mechanical letter sorting. Although the aim has understandably been to make processes more efficient and faster, major problems have arisen in the sorting process, which have had a direct impact on delivery times.
According to current estimates, delivery and return times for Posti Priority mail deliveries can stretch up to a month. We understand that this is a very long time, especially if you are looking forward to receiving your new products or want to return products. Our priority now is to ensure that shipments in transit are processed quickly.
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we currently recommend that you choose a parcel delivery by Post or Travel & Logistics with a delivery time estimate of 1-2 working days.
