We know that strikes can sound a bit scary, especially when you're looking forward to the arrival of your new purchases. But we want to put your mind at ease and tell you how our online shop will work in the middle of the strike from 1-2 February.
First of all, we would like to say that our online shop will operate as normal during the strike. All orders will be packed and dispatched with the same care and love as always. Our customer service will answer your questions as normal.
But, and here comes the big but, although we will get your parcels to you, unfortunately they won't be moving anywhere during the strike. This means that even if we do our part, your parcels will remain waiting for the strike to end. And when it starts up again, you can expect a lot of parcels. We estimate that parcels may take 3-4 working days longer than normal to arrive. So a little test of patience for everyone!
UPDATE: The strike has no impact on Matkahuolto's delivery methods!

If you have something special in your calendar, such as an old people's dance, and you need your order just then, we recommend you choose parcel delivery and place your order in time before the strike starts. That way you'll make sure you're ready to celebrate in style!
